Shipping Policy...

Ready to buy prints and cards will be posted within 24 hours of an order being placed so should be with you within 3 days.

Personalised styles can take a few days dependent on how busy a period it is, so we like to allow 7 to 10 days to produce and post the print.... we will always aim to be quicker but this will be advised upon order.

If your print is urgent please email before ordering so we can do our best to pull out the stops and get it to you in time!

Bespoke prints can take longer again as each drawing can take many many hours, this will be discussed upon order to ensure we can complete the piece in time.

 

Once you print/card is finished a preview will be emailed to you to ensure you are completely happy and once all is confirmed we will pop it straight in the post to you!

All prints are sent First Class recorded, so they can be tracked and will need to be signed for.

Cards are sent First Class.

Return & Exchange Policy...

We really hope you are happy with your order from Autumn Bella Designs!

 

Due to the nature of our personalised prints and cards we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, unless the product is damaged or an error has been made on our part.

We always send a preview so all details can be checked by the customer and any incorrect details can be amended before the item is printed and posted, so it should be very rare that an order is received with incorrect details.

However, in the case of incorrect details being given and not picked up by the customer, a new print can be produced but this will result in an additional charge at 50% of the original price plus postage.

We take great care to ensure all items are printed to the highest standards and protect our items in appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive in their new homes safely, but if there any issues with regards to this please get in touch so we can rectify this.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. In particular, you have rights to return goods that are faulty (meaning not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where different time periods may in some circumstances apply.
